Ingredients:
8-10 squash
1 can cream of celery
2 sleeves Ritz crackers
2 cups grated mild cheese
1 egg
1 ½ cups of milk
Directions:
Boil squash – season with salt, pepper, and onion flakes
Drain squash
In a 9x13 baking dish:
Layer of squash
Crushed crackers
1 cup of cheese
Layer of squash
Mixture on top of squash
Mixture: 1 egg
1 to 1 ½ cup of milk
Cream of celery
Bake @350 for 30 minutes
Place remaining cheese and bake for 5 minutes.
