1 big can (25 oz) of chicken
Medium bag saffron rice
2 cans cream of chicken soup
8 oz of sour cream
2 sleeves of Ritz crackers
2 cups mild shredded cheddar cheese
Mix the chicken, cooked rice, soup, sour cream, and some of the
cheese in a crock pot. Add the rest of the cheese then crush up the
crackers and sprinkle them on top. Slow cook for several hours on
low.
